Welcome to MySchoolDay!

Computers help special-ed case managers lay out IEP documents but therapists still rely on old-fashioned day planners to deliver services. A new online planner called MySchoolDay aims to replace the paper with smart, interlocking online calendars.

Tired of spending hours arranging team meetings? MySchoolDay can propose times and help choose the best options. Prior to IEP meetings, teachers can post progress reports online. Team members can preview the notes securely and you can get right to work once everyone gathers around the table.

Need 30 minutes to help Erin with her pencil grip? MySchoolDay can find the time. It knows what Erin is doing each day. It knows when other providers see her. It knows which periods are appropriate for OT. It even knows how much of each therapy Erin needs and helps ensure you and others spend the right amount of time with her. Choose Tuesday at 1:00 for one week or the entire school year.

Set aside days to attend a conference and MySchoolDay frees up students' times. Parents can enter doctor appointments and other absences and MySchoolDay clears time in your calendar.

We're looking for schools to give MySchoolDay a try. Become an early adopter and we'll host a whole year of your schedules for free! Tell us how to improve the system and watch your ideas become new MySchoolDay tools.

We're a small company founded by the parents of a special-need child. The boy's father, Stuart Karon, has been developing and selling software for over 20 years. The mother, Jodi Wenger, is a pediatrician who has worked with special-needs kids through hospital clinics and inpatient services. They came up with the idea for MySchoolDay after attending many IEP meetings and observing how their son's team relied on paper calendars accessible only to each provider.
